Journal Of Management Analytical and Solution (JoMAS)

Journal of Management Analytical and Solution (JoMAS) is a peer-reviewed journal published three times a year (January, May, and September) by TALENTA Publisher and managed by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara. JoMAS is published as an open-access journal and welcomes full research articles in the field of economics and business related to management, covering the following subject areas: finance, human resources, operational strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship, digital business, and e-commerce.

Each issue publishes 8 (eight) research articles and is available online. JoMAS has been indexed by the Indonesian Publication Index (Garuda Portal), Google Scholar, PKP, and SINTA. JoMAS is an accredited national journal with SINTA 4 accreditation.

JoMAS is committed to serving as a medium for periodic, accredited national scientific publications and to continuously improving its quality toward reputable international publications through both online and printed editions.
